Spotlight on Tutoring Options
The progress report period ends this week and just six weeks remain in the first semester.  In addition to working directly with teachers on areas of need, the following tutoring options are available on campus for all students:


Math Lab - Math Lab is open daily during 0 period and directed by math teacher Ms. Shepard.  As a drop-in support option, students can stop in for help with homework, reteaching, or test prep.  


Writing Lab - Writing Lab, with Ms. Britton, is also open daily during 0 period.  Writing Lab is intended to provide support on any writing projects on a drop-in basis.


Peer Tutoring - Peer Tutoring has returned to the CHS Library and is available at the following times:
Mondays and Fridays 7:30-8:25am
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 3:30-4:30pm


No appointment is necessary and staff leaders and students will be there each day to help.

      GRAD NITE PLAN

      Busses will leave Carlsbad High School at 5:15 PM on June 10th and return by 4:00 AM on June 11th.

      We will provide more details on the day regarding the event, timelines, rules and chaperone assignments etc.... Your chaperone will be a contact person at Disney in case you need help with something. They are not required to be with you during your time at the park. You will check in with them before boarding your bus at both the high school and the park and have their number for emergencies etc... They are also required to be with you when going through Disney security.
