Hello Seniors & Senior parents,
Monday May 1st is the last day to purchase grad night tickets, Disneyland requires us to pay for all tickets ordered by May 2. Please if possible turn in this week to be counted. Once we purchase the tickets, we have no way to order more and we wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on this Senior tradition. Disneyland tickets were NOT included in any of the Senior packages and are not an ASB or school activity because it is after graduation. Please send in cash, check (payable to CHS PTSA) or credit card information with completed form (attached) to the ASB Finance office. We will not accept forms after 3pm on Monday May 1st.
All those who applied for a scholarship, we received the City of Carlsbad Grant and your application has been approved. We can NO LONGER accept requests as we have reached the maximum amount, and they were due to the PTSA March 30th for consideration.
We will be texting students information with bus sign up information and dates.
Reserved Graduation Seats -
Come help support CHS PTSA and bid on our package of 10 reserved seats for the 2017 graduation ceremony. Thursday May 4th at The Culver Brewing Company, CHS PTSA’s 5th annual Spring Fling and auction. Tickets are $25 and include an authentic taco dinner and a beverage. Bid on a variety of auction items and help support all of the students at CHS! This year we will be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Visual and Performing Arts programs at CHS. Last year we donated over $8500 to athletic booster clubs and the weight room. Tickets available now. (see attached flier)
